  • What's included in the vehicle?

    Our vehicles come equipped with internal coolers, ice, water bottles, cups, and napkins. We provide leather wrap-around seating, Bluetooth connectivity, smart TVs, and surround sound systems. Some buses also feature party poles, red carpet roll-outs, and onboard restrooms. Please contact us for specific options available.
  • Can we decorate the bus?

    Decorations are permitted for any occasion, but we kindly request that confetti not be used in our vehicles.
  • Can I bring drinks, food or alcohol?

    You're welcome to bring any beverages of your choice. If all passengers are 21 years or older, alcoholic beverages are permitted on board.
  • Do you do tailgate parties?

    We certainly accommodate tailgate parties. Most of our buses are equipped with storage areas where you can keep tables, coolers, or other items needed for your game day experience.
  • Can you drop us off?

    Our bus remains with your party for the entire duration of your service. We can drop you off at your destination and the bus will wait in the designated parking area until you're ready to depart.
  • What happens if I go over my time?

    We offer a 10-minute grace period. Beyond that, additional fees will be charged and must be paid immediately.
  • How do you handle the cleaning of the vehicles during the service?

    While we don't expect the bus to be returned in pristine condition, we do ask that all trash be removed and any significant messes be cleaned before departure. Additional charges may apply for excessive uncleaned messes.
  • Is smoking allowed?

    Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on all our buses. An additional cleaning fee will be imposed if evidence of smoking is found.
  • How do I pay for my service?

    A non-refundable 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your scheduled service.
  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your event, we can offer to reschedule your service. However, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations.
